| KCOR requires a minimum of 256 colors. If your video driver supports the use of higher color palette settings, you can configure your computer to use a High Color or True Color pallette. | |
| To adjust the color pallette setting in Microsoft Windows: | |
| 1. Click Start, point to Settings,
and then click Control Panel. Note: If you are using Microsoft Windows XP, click Start, and then click Control Panel. |

| 2. Double-click Display. | |
| 3. Click the Settings tab. | |
| 4. In the Color Palette or Colors box, click 256 Colors. (Note: if you see High Color or True Color click it instead.) | |
| 5. Click OK. If you are prompted to restart your computer, do so. | |
| 6. Close Control Panel. | |
| Another display setting that can influence viewing KCOR is the screen resolution. KCOR works best with screen resolution set to 1024 x 768. | |
| To adjust the screen resolution: | |
| 1) Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel. | |
| 2) Double-click Display. | |
| 3) On the Settings tab, note the current screen resolution. | |
| 4) Move the Deskstop Area or Screen Area slider all the way to the right to increase the display resolution to 1024 by 768 pixels. | |
| 5) Click OK. If you are prompted to restart the computer, click Yes. | |
| Note: If you are prompted
to view the new setting before you apply it, click Yes. If you are prompted to keep the new setting, click Yes, then restart the computer. |
